**Guam:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected along the southwestern coast, including Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita, Umatac, Apra Harbor and Naval Base Guam. Watch for downed limbs, debris and sudden crosswinds.
**North Dakota:** A severe thunderstorm near rural north-central McKenzie and south-central Williams counties, northwest of Watford City, is producing **60 mph wind gusts, quarter-size hail and torrential rain** through **5:15 AM CDT**. Avoid flooded roads and be prepared for rapidly changing visibility and wind conditions.
