**Flooding is the primary travel concern across parts of the central and southeastern U.S.:**
– **Iowa:** Widespread river flooding continues across eastern and southeastern Iowa. County roads are underwater or closed in places. Water is affecting Iowa Highway 22 near the Cedar River, areas near I-80, 152nd Street north of County Road F70, and portions near the U.S. Highway 61 bridge. Old U.S. 61 near De Witt and parts of Business 30 near Toledo may also be affected. Some warnings continue through **Oct. 10**.
– **Missouri:** Missouri River flooding is forecast near **Chamois, Jefferson City, and Hermann** from Sunday through Wednesday. Low-lying bottomland, the Katy Trail near Rocheport, and portions of Old Rock Road and Twisters Road south of Rhineland may flood.
– **Kansas:** Minor flooding continues along the Arkansas River near Coolidge. Water may cover the unpaved **River Road south of the river** through Sunday afternoon.
– **Alabama:** The Styx River near Elsanor is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday evening into Monday morning. Use caution near flood-prone roads and low crossings.
– **Florida:** The Shoal River near Crestview is forecast to reach flood stage Monday afternoon through Thursday morning, threatening the Trevor Court and Rattlesnake Bluff areas.
– **South Carolina:** Heavy rain has produced 2β2.5 inches in northwestern Spartanburg County. Minor flooding is possible in Landrum, Campobello, Lake Bowen, and Gowensville, including Pine Street and Alverson Road, through **12:30 a.m. EDT**.
