🌧️ **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
– **Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan:** A **Flood Watch** is in effect through late Sunday night, with **3–5 inches of rain possible on Guam and Rota** and **4–6 inches on Tinian and Saipan**. Flash flooding may affect rivers, streams, low-lying areas, poor-drainage locations and urban roads. Typhoon Choi-wan is moving northeast and away, but monsoon moisture remains. The watch expires early Monday, Oct. 5.
– **Central Knox County, Tennessee:** A **Flood Advisory** remains in effect until **7 a.m. EDT today** for Knoxville, Farragut, Lake Forest, Bearden, Kimberlin Heights and nearby areas. Up to 2 inches of rain has fallen, with up to another inch possible. Minor flooding is expected on low-lying and poorly drained roads.
