🚗 **Road-Weather Update**
**Texas:** A Flash Flood Warning continues through **1:30 a.m. MDT** for southeastern El Paso County and western Hudspeth County, including **Tornillo**. Thunderstorms have produced **0.5–1.5 inches of rain**, with another **0.5–1.5 inches possible**. Flooding is affecting or may affect streets, underpasses, arroyos, and low-lying areas. A Flood Advisory remains in effect for northwestern Hudspeth County, including **Dell City and Cornudas**, through **2 a.m. MDT**; some low-water crossings may become impassable.
**Colorado:** Flooding continues along the **Rio Grande from Del Norte to below Monte Vista**, especially near **Monte Vista**, through **12:15 a.m. MDT**. Several roads remain closed, and some housing areas have been evacuated. Continue to follow road-closure notices.
