– **Texas Panhandle:** Flooding is occurring in southeastern Dallam County and northeastern Hartley County, including **Dalhart and Hartley**. **3–4 inches of rain** has fallen; numerous roads are closed and low-water crossings may be impassable. **Flood Warning through 10:00 a.m. CDT.**
– **East-central New Mexico:** Heavy rain has produced **arroyo and small-stream flooding** in rural Guadalupe County, including areas near **Alamogordo Creek, Arroyo Copita, and Arroyo Potrillo**. Up to **2.5 inches** of rain has fallen, with water over roadways and dangerous low-water crossings. **Flood Advisory through 8:30 a.m. MDT.**
