⚠️ **Flash flooding is creating dangerous travel conditions in several states tonight:**
– **Arizona/Nevada:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing or expected near **Hoover Dam, Nelson, Willow Beach, Blake Ranch Road, DW Ranch Road, and Hackberry Road**. Up to **4 inches** of rain has fallen near the AZ/NV border; avoid flooded streets, washes, underpasses, and low-water crossings. A severe storm near **Dolan Springs, AZ**, is producing up to **60 mph winds** and quarter-size hail through **6:15 PM MST**.
– **Texas:** Flash flooding near **Marathon, Sierra Madera, and Elephant Mountain** after **2–3 inches** of rain, with another **1–2 inches** possible. Warning expires **10 PM CDT**.
– **Indiana/Ohio:** Major White River flooding is affecting the north side of **Indianapolis**, including **Ravenswood, Rocky Ripple, and Broad Ripple**, with numerous local roads extensively flooded. – **Hawaii:** Tropical Cyclone Lala could bring major road flooding and landslide concerns. The **Big Island and Maui** may see **8–15 inches** of rain in windward areas beginning this evening; **Oahu, Kauai, and Niihau** could receive **4–6 inches, locally 8 inches**, from Saturday evening into late Sunday night. Expect possible road closures near streams, low-lying areas, and flood-prone routes.
– **Virginia:** A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect through **11 PM EDT** for the Richmond area, including **Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Emporia**. Be prepared for rapidly changing driving conditions.
