🚗 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**Georgia:** A life-threatening **Flash Flood Emergency** continues in southern Fannin and northern Gilmer counties, including **Blue Ridge, Higdon, and Colwell**. Already **5–6 inches of rain** has fallen, with another **1–3 inches possible**. Roads, underpasses, streams, and low-water crossings may be flooded through **2:30 AM EST**. **Seek higher ground and never drive through floodwater.** Minor flooding is also occurring along **Mountaintown Creek at GA 282 near Ellijay**, with the warning listed through **1:30 PM EST**.
**Tennessee:** Flooding is ongoing or expected along the **Ocoee River** in southern Polk County, including **Ducktown and Copperhill**, after **2–3 inches of rain** and additional rainfall up to 1 inch. The warning continues until **6:15 AM EST**. Avoid flooded roads and low-lying areas.
**Dense fog:** Visibility may fall to **one-quarter mile or less** through **9 AM** in portions of east Tennessee, and in south-central/southwest Alabama and northwest Florida. Slow down, use headlights, and increase following distance.
