**Delaware Valley:** A Flood Watch remains in effect until **11 PM EDT** for northern Delaware, much of central and southern New Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania—including **New Castle, Camden, Mercer, Middlesex, Philadelphia, and Lower Bucks** areas. Repeated showers and thunderstorms may produce rain rates of **1–3 inches per hour**, with another **1–2 inches** possible and localized totals of **3–5 inches**. Expect rapidly flooding streets, poor-drainage areas, and low-lying roads. Never drive through water covering a roadway.
**Florida:** Flood Advisories continue until **3:30 PM EDT** for parts of **Miami-Dade County**, including Miami, Hialeah, Coral Gables, South Miami and Doral, and for **Pinellas County**, including Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, Seminole and St. Petersburg. Heavy thunderstorms may cause urban and small-stream flooding, ponding water, and water over roads. Miami-Dade could receive up to **3 additional inches**; Pinellas may see another **1–2 inches**.
Slow down in heavy rain, leave extra following distance, and turn around if roads are flooded. Check local conditions before traveling.
