Trucking Owner Charged With Fraud: Land Line Media’s Return to Sender

Former Florida trucking company owner Khayyam Arif Oglu Farajov has pleaded guilty to wire fraud and money laundering charges in connection with a scheme that allegedly generated more than $1 million through fraudulent freight transactions, federal prosecutors said.

Owner Admitted to Fraud and Money Laundering

Farajov, 40, an Azerbaijani national who operated Talishco LLC in Orlando, pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and one count of money laundering, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

A federal grand jury previously indicted Farajov on five wire fraud counts and one money laundering count. The indictment, announced March 16, 2026, described activity involving Freight Auction and delivery information that prosecutors said was false.

Scheme Involved Fraudulent Delivery Information

According to the case details, the scheme involved obtaining payments through freight transactions supported by bogus delivery information. Prosecutors said the activity resulted in more than $1 million being fraudulently collected.

Farajov’s guilty plea resolves the criminal charges outlined in the federal indictment. The case was handled by federal prosecutors in Florida.

Potential Federal Prison Sentence

Wire fraud and money laundering convictions can carry significant federal penalties. Farajov faces a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in federal prison, along with potential financial penalties and other court-ordered conditions.

A federal judge will determine the final sentence based on applicable federal sentencing guidelines and the facts presented in court.
