🌧️ **Flash flooding:**
– **Northern Arizona:** Flooding is ongoing or expected near US-89 and **SR-64** in Coconino County, including Cameron and Gray Mountain. Up to 1.75 inches has fallen, with more rain possible; washes, underpasses, paved roads and dirt roads may be impassable through 5:45 PM MST.
– **Baltimore area, Maryland:** Flash flooding is occurring after 2–3 inches of rain in southeastern Baltimore County, southwestern Harford County and northeast Baltimore City through 8:45 PM EDT. Avoid flooded streets, highways and underpasses.
– **Southern California:** Heavy thunderstorms are producing water over roads and dangerous low-water crossings near Highway 74 in Riverside County and Highway 79 between Warner Springs, Oak Grove and Santa Ysabel. Flood advisories also cover parts of San Bernardino County, including Mountain Pass, Nipton, Lucerne Valley and Johnson Valley.
