**Road Weather Update**
⚠️ **Ohio:** Flash flooding from thunderstorms is affecting parts of eastern and southeastern Ohio, including the Zanesville, New Lexington, Somerset, Glouster, McConnelsville, Adena and Mount Pleasant areas. Rainfall totals of 2.5 to 4.5 inches have fallen in some areas, with more rain possible. Flooding may cover streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying crossings through early Tuesday morning. Northern Ohio, including Sandusky, Norwalk, Fremont, Mansfield and Ashland, faces severe storms with 60 mph wind gusts through 12:30 AM EDT. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect for the Columbus and Dayton areas until 2 AM EDT.
⚠️ **Arizona:** Flash flooding is ongoing or possible near Safford, Thatcher and Mount Graham, including Route 191 between mile markers 112 and 118 and Route 266 near mile marker 121. Up to 2.5 inches of rain has fallen, with another inch possible. Route 85 near Lukeville and I-10 between mile markers 346 and 349 in Cochise County may also see water over roads. Tucson-area washes and low-water crossings remain prone to flooding.
⚠️ **Dakotas:** Severe storms are producing up to 60 mph wind gusts and large hail in rural western North Dakota near Hebron and southeast of Dickinson. In west-central South Dakota, storms near Takini, Cherry Creek, Milesville and Bridger may produce 60 mph winds and baseball-size hail. Severe thunderstorm watches continue across parts of south-central and western South Dakota until 2 AM MDT.
⚠️ **Northern New York & Vermont:** A severe thunderstorm moving east at 50 mph may bring 60 mph wind gusts through 12:30 AM EDT around Burlington, South Burlington, Essex Junction, Barre and Montpelier. Watch for fallen trees, power lines and sudden debris on roads.
