**Utah:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing in Washington and Kane counties, including **SR-9 near Springdale, Zion National Park, Hurricane, La Verkin, Virgin and Rockville.** A flood wave on the Virgin River may cross SR-9 within 1–2 hours; road crossings have already been observed. Warnings expire around **12:00–12:30 PM MDT.**
**Indiana:** Flash flooding is occurring near **I-69 between mile markers 215 and 230**, affecting the Anderson, Noblesville, Elwood, Tipton and Windfall areas. **1–4 inches of rain** has fallen, with another **0.5–1 inch** possible. Additional flooding is occurring around Columbus, Shelbyville, New Castle, Rushville and Edinburgh through **6 PM EDT.**
**Illinois:** Flooded roads and elevated creeks remain possible in southern Ford and southwestern Iroquois counties, including **Paxton, Gibson City, Melvin, Loda and Elliott**, through **10 PM CDT.**
**Colorado:** Heavy thunderstorms may trigger flash flooding this afternoon and evening. The **Aspen Acres Burn Scar near Beulah and San Isabel, including Highways 165 and 78,** faces possible debris flows through **8 PM MDT.** Flood watches also cover the southern Front Range, El Paso County, Palmer Divide, and parts of northeast/east-central Colorado through **10 PM MDT**; stronger storms may drop **1–2 inches in 30 minutes**, locally up to **3 inches.**
