**Kentucky:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected around **Carlisle and northern Nicholas County**, plus parts of Bath and Fleming counties, through **8:45 PM EDT**. Rainfall totals of 1.5–2.5 inches have already fallen near Carlisle, with more rain possible. Avoid flooded streets, underpasses, and low-water crossings.
**Illinois/Indiana:** Moderate flooding continues on the **Vermilion River near Danville**, affecting Vermilion, Illinois, and Vermillion, Indiana, through Monday afternoon.
