– **Southern California:** Flash flooding remains a threat near **Amboy Road south of Amboy** in San Bernardino County. In Riverside County, flooding impacts continue near **I-10 between mile markers 108–109** and CA-177 between mile markers 2–9. Never drive through water covering roads.
– **Idaho:** Heavy rain over the Lava Fire burn scar in northeastern Gem County, including Four Bit Summit, may cause severe debris flows and washouts through **8:30 PM MDT**.
