**Ohio:** Life-threatening flash flooding is underway or expected across parts of southeastern and east-central Ohio, including the New Lexington, Crooksville, Somerset, McConnelsville, Malta and Caldwell areas. Thunderstorms have dropped 2.5–4 inches in parts of Morgan and Perry counties, with additional rain possible; road closures and water rescues have already been reported near New Lexington, Crooksville and Roseville. Warnings run through **4:45–6:30 AM EDT.** Never drive through flooded roads, underpasses or low-water crossings.
**Kansas:** A Flood Watch continues overnight for west-central Kansas, including Wallace, Logan, Gove, Greeley and Wichita counties. Previous rainfall of 1–3 inches and possible storm rates of 1.5–2.5 inches per hour could flood low-water crossings and poor-drainage roads. Valid until **6 AM MDT / 7 AM CDT Sunday.**
**Nebraska:** Heavy thunderstorms have produced 1.5–2.5 inches of rain in an hour near Ogallala, Sutherland, Hershey and Paxton. Minor flooding is possible on low-lying and poorly drained roads through **3:30 AM CDT / 2:30 AM MDT.**
**Hawaii:** On Molokai, heavy rain and elevated water near Kawela Gulch may affect **Kamehameha V Highway** near Kawela, along with roads around Ualapue, Kamalo and Pukoo. The Flood Advisory lasts until **10:45 PM HST.**
