🚗 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**

**Colorado:** Life-threatening flash flooding is underway near **Beulah** in the Aspen Acres Burn Scar through **4:45 PM MDT**. Rainfall rates of 1–2.5 inches per hour, debris flows, washed-out roads, and flooding along creeks and drainages are possible. Severe storms near Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, Colorado City, and southern Las Animas County may bring 60 mph winds, quarter-size hail, and sudden road flooding. Minor flooding is also possible near Greenland.

**Hawaii:** Flash flooding is affecting northern **Oahu**, including portions of **Kamehameha Highway** on the windward side, through **noon HST**. Rain is falling at 1–1.5 inches per hour near Waikane, Waiahole, Punaluu, and Kaaawa. On the Big Island, rain from Hurricane Lala is causing minor road and stream flooding, especially in Kau, Puna, and Hilo.

**West Virginia, western Pennsylvania & southeast Ohio:** Severe storms are producing or may produce 60 mph wind gusts, downed trees/power lines, hail, and flash flooding. Use caution on **I-79, I-77, I-64, the West Virginia Turnpike, Route 119, and Route 33**. Flash flooding is possible along I-79 between mile markers 64 and 81 through **6:30 PM EDT**. A severe thunderstorm watch covers much of central/western West Virginia, southwest Pennsylvania, and southeast Ohio until **8 PM EDT**.

**Illinois:** Fast-moving severe storms across east-central Illinois—including the Champaign, Coles, Douglas, Edgar, and Vermilion County areas—are capable of 60 mph winds through **3:45 PM CDT**.

**New Mexico:** A severe storm near **Raton** may bring 60 mph winds, quarter-size hail, torrential rain, and flash flooding near **I-25 miles 450–460** and Highway 64 through **2:45 PM MDT**. Heavy rain is also causing arroyo and low-water-crossing flooding around Mescalero, Bent, Newkirk, Mimbres, and central Otero County.

**North Carolina:** Near Turnersburg and Olin, a severe storm may produce 60 mph winds and hail through **4:15 PM EDT**. Around Fayetteville and Fort Bragg, 1–2 inches of rain has caused minor flooding, with more rain possible through **5:30 PM EDT**.
