**Road-Weather Update: Flooding and severe storms are creating hazardous travel conditions in several states.**
• **Colorado:** Life-threatening flash flooding and debris flows are possible around the 24 Burn Scar, including rural **Highway 115** in east-central Fremont, southwestern El Paso, and northwestern Pueblo counties. Rainfall of **1–3.5 inches** has fallen, with more expected; roads and driveways may wash out. Warning expires **3:45 AM MDT**. Elevated water is also expected near **Avondale and Vineland** through late tonight.
• **Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is affecting the Philadelphia area, including the **Northeast Extension (mile markers 21–35)** and **Pennsylvania Turnpike (mile markers 334–352)**. Another **0.5 inch** of rain is possible after 1–2 inches already fell. Watch for flooded streets, underpasses, and low spots through **6 AM EDT**.
• **Indiana/Kentucky:** Severe thunderstorms moving east at **45 mph** may produce **60 mph wind gusts** through **4:15 AM EDT** near Hardinsburg, Carefree Town, Mount Pleasant, Webster, and Irvington. Expect downed trees or debris and torrential rain; avoid flooded roads. Minor flooding is also possible near **Henderson, Corydon, and Hebbardsville, Kentucky**, through **3:30 AM CDT**.
• **Illinois, Ohio & West Virginia:** River and rainfall flooding may affect low-lying roads. In Illinois, the **Mackinaw River near Congerville** is forecast to crest near **13.9 feet** this morning. Near **Hebron, Ohio**, water covers portions of **Ridgely Tract Road between Route 79 and the South Fork Licking River**. In West Virginia, flooding is ongoing or expected near **Middlebourne, Rock Cave, Burnsville, Sand Fork, and Walkersville**.
• **Oahu, Hawaii:** Heavy showers—up to **1 inch per hour**—may cause minor road and drainage flooding on windward Oahu, including Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, and Kaaawa, through **1:15 AM HST**.
