**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**

⚠️ **Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected across parts of central and western PA, including Clearfield, Philipsburg, Indiana, Punxsutawney and Kittanning. Another 1–2 inches of rain is possible, with flooding affecting streets, underpasses and highways through about **2:30–2:45 PM EDT**. Do not drive through water-covered roads.

⚠️ **Ohio:** River flooding is affecting the Newark, Heath, Hebron and Circleville areas. Watch for flooded roads near **I-70** between Route 40 and I-70 near Hebron, and along **SR-762** near Circleville. Some road flooding may continue into Friday night or Sunday morning.

⚠️ **Indiana:** Earlier heavy rain of **1.5–3.25 inches** has left water over roads and ponding in and around Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Greenwood, Shelbyville, Plainfield, Avon and Greencastle. Flood advisories remain in effect until **3 PM EDT**.

⚠️ **Connecticut, northeast New Jersey & southeast New York:** A Flood Watch is in effect from **2 PM through late tonight** for Fairfield County, CT; Rockland and Westchester counties, NY; northeast NJ; and the NYC/Long Island metro. Rainfall rates could reach **2–2.5 inches per hour**, causing rapid urban, creek and low-lying road flooding.

⚠️ **Minnesota:** A severe thunderstorm near Blue Grass, Oylen and Staples Airport in southern Wadena County is moving east at **30 mph** through **11:30 AM CDT**. Quarter-size hail could damage vehicles—avoid stopping beneath trees or on exposed roadways.
