Minor flooding is also possible around **Stillwater** through 10 AM CDT.
• **Oregon & Washington:** Strong west to northwest winds of **25–30 mph, gusting up to 50 mph**, are expected in the **Columbia River Gorge, Lower Columbia Basin, north-central Oregon, Simcoe Highlands, and Kittitas Valley**. Advisories run into this evening—through **11 PM PDT** in most areas and **10 PM PDT** in Kittitas Valley. High-profile vehicles should use extra caution; falling limbs and isolated power outages are possible.
• **Michigan:** Heavy rain has produced minor flooding around **Lansing, Charlotte, Mason, East Lansing and Grand Ledge** through **1 PM EDT**, with 1–3 inches reported. Similar flooding concerns extend through southern Shiawassee County—including **Durand, Perry, Laingsburg, Morrice and Byron**—until **11:45 AM EDT**.
• **North Carolina:** Heavy thunderstorms may cause minor flooding around **Wilmington, Leland, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach and Surf City** through **10:30 AM EDT**. Watch for water covering low-lying roads and poor-drainage areas.
