**Delaware/Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is occurring near **I-476 and I-95** around Philadelphia, Chester and Wilmington after 1–2 inches of rain. Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses and low-lying areas through **7:45 AM EDT**. Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.

**Southern New Jersey:** Central Cumberland County, including Vineland and Millville, faces ongoing or developing flash flooding through **8:30 AM EDT**. Another 1–2 inches of rain is possible, with rainfall rates up to 2–3 inches per hour. Expect water-covered streets and poor drainage flooding.

**North Jersey/New York City:** Urban and small-stream flooding is possible through **6:45 AM EDT** from Newark and Jersey City to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. An additional 0.5–1.5 inches of rain could flood low-lying and poorly drained roads.

**Colorado:** A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from **2 PM MDT through this evening** near the Aspen Acres burn scar, including **Highways 165 and 78** near Beulah and San Isabel. Heavy rain could trigger rapid flooding and debris flows—avoid burn-scar drainage areas.
