**Arizona Road-Weather Update**
**Phoenix metro:** A dangerous dust storm is affecting parts of Maricopa and Pinal counties, including **I-10 (mile markers 125–160)** and **I-17 (195–215)**, through **9:30 PM MST**. Visibility may drop below a quarter-mile with winds over **50 mph**. Do not drive into the dust; if caught, pull completely off the road, turn off lights, and keep your foot off the brake.
**Southern Pinal/Pima counties:** Flash flooding is ongoing along and east of **Route 15 near North Komelik**, where storms have produced **1.5–2.5 inches of rain**. Flooding in washes, low spots, streets, underpasses, and highways is possible through **11:15 PM MST**. Turn around—don’t drive through flooded roads.
A severe thunderstorm near **North Komelik, Cockleburr, Kohatk, and Jack Rabbit** may bring **60 mph wind gusts** and quarter-size hail through **9:15 PM MST**. Slow down, avoid stopping beneath trees or power lines, and seek a safe place off the road if conditions worsen.
