🚗 **Road-Weather Update**
**West Virginia:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected near **Slaty Fork** and across parts of Pocahontas, Randolph, and Webster counties through **6:30 AM EDT**. Thunderstorms have dropped up to 2.5 inches of rain, with another 1–2.5 inches possible. Expect water-covered roads, flooded underpasses, and rapidly rising creeks.
**Pennsylvania:** Minor flooding is forecast on the **Conestoga River at Lancaster** through this evening. **Grofftown Road** may flood as the river is expected to crest near 11.7 feet later this morning.
**New Mexico:** Heavy rain is causing minor flooding and water over roads in east-central Doña Ana County, including near **White Sands Missile Range Headquarters**, until **3:45 AM MDT**.
