**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
🌧️ **Texas:** Life-threatening flash flooding is affecting northeastern El Paso County and northwestern Hudspeth County, including El Paso, Clint, Horizon City, San Elizario and Hueco Tanks. **1–3 inches of rain has fallen**, with additional rain possible. Flooding is impacting highways, streets, underpasses, creeks and streams. Warnings expire at **2:30–4:45 AM MDT**.
🌧️ **New Mexico:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected in central Otero County, including Sacramento, Mayhill, Weed, Sixteen Springs and James Canyon, through **7:30 AM MDT**. Saturated ground may cause flooding, road washouts, low-water crossing hazards and stream-bank erosion.
**Do not drive through flooded roads or low-water crossings—turn around, don’t drown. Use extra caution at night and never bypass barricades.**
