**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**

– **Colorado:** Flash flooding and debris-flow risk near Ouray, Portland and the **Highway 550 corridor** around the Gold Mountain burn scar through **5:45 PM MDT**. Rainfall rates of **1–3 inches per hour** may wash out roads. A separate severe storm near eastern Aurora, Bennett and Watkins brings **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** through **3:15 PM MDT**.

– **Wyoming & Nevada:** Flash flooding is possible in southeastern Albany County near Yellow Pine and Tie City campgrounds through **5 PM MDT**, with up to **1.5 inches** more rain possible. Near Jarbidge, Nevada, minor low-spot flooding continues through **5 PM PDT**.

– **Arkansas:** Multiple severe storms are producing **60 mph winds, quarter-size hail and torrential rain**. Use extra caution on **I-55 between mile markers 21 and 53** near Trumann, Marked Tree, Jonesboro, Blytheville and Osceola. Storms also affect the Clinton/Greers Ferry area and around Hazen, Carlisle and De Valls Bluff.

– **Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia & Ohio:** Severe thunderstorms may affect broad areas through this evening, with damaging winds, hail and sudden downpours. Immediate hazards include flash flooding near Coshocton and West Lafayette, Ohio, through **7:45 PM EDT**, and in Pleasants, Ritchie and Tyler counties, West Virginia—including **Route 50 near mile marker 29**—through **8 PM EDT**. Avoid flooded underpasses and low-lying roads.

– **Ohio, Pennsylvania & Virginia:** Severe storms bring damaging winds and hail near Elyria and Lorain, Ohio; Franklin, Grove City and Cranberry, Pennsylvania; and Broadway, Shenandoah and nearby Rockingham/Page County, Virginia. Gusts may reach **70 mph near Elyria**, with trees down or roads blocked possible. Slow down, keep distance from large vehicles, and do not drive around downed trees or power lines.

– **Florida/Georgia Big Bend:** Heavy rain has dropped up to **4.5 inches** across northeastern Jefferson and Leon counties in Florida and parts of Brooks, Grady and Thomas counties in Georgia. Another **1–3 inches** is possible through **6:45 PM EDT**, causing flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage roads.
