– **New Mexico:** Flash flooding is occurring around Socorro, San Antonio, Luis Lopez and Laborcita. **US 60 is closed**; flooding also threatens **Highway 380** and **I-25**. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen. Warning continues until **3:45 PM MDT**. Never drive through flooded roads.
– **West Texas:** A severe thunderstorm near Grandfalls is moving northeast at 20 mph, producing **60-mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail**. **I-20 between mile markers 77–87** is affected. Warning ends at **3:30 PM CDT**. Avoid travel if possible and seek sturdy shelter.
– **North and Central Texas:** A broad Flood Watch continues through **Friday morning**, with **2–3 inches of rain and localized totals up to 5 inches** possible. Low-water crossings, creeks and flood-prone roads may become dangerous.
– **Kansas and Nebraska:** Flood Watches continue through **Thursday afternoon**, with **2–4 inches of rain and localized 4–7-inch totals** possible. Flood warnings are also in effect near the **Republican River at Scandia and Clay Center**, and **Stranger Creek near Easton**. **Highway 192 near Easton could close** if water rises. Do not bypass barricades.
– **Western Kansas:** Minor flooding is occurring or expected near **Colby, Oakley, Grinnell, Levant and Rexford**, where 1–4 inches of rain has fallen. Advisory ends at **5 PM CDT**.
– **Colorado:** Flooding remains possible in southeast Elbert County and south Lincoln County, especially near the **Rush Creek and Adobe Creek basins**, through **midnight MDT**.
– **Florida:** Heavy thunderstorms have brought 2–3 inches of rain to southern Martin County near **Indiantown**, with another 1–2 inches possible. Minor flooding is expected through **5 PM EDT**.
