🌊 **Flooding**
– **Southeastern Colorado:** Life-threatening flash flooding and debris flows are ongoing near the Middle Aspen Acres Burn Scar in Custer and Pueblo counties, including **Beulah and San Isabel**. Up to another inch of rain is possible. Avoid **Northcreek Road** and nearby burned areas; warning continues until **2:30 PM MDT**.
– **Texas Panhandle:** Flooding continues along **Palo Duro Creek** near **Canyon**. Low-lying and flood-prone roads may remain dangerous through **3:15 PM CDT**.
– **Northeastern Arizona:** The **Little Colorado River** is flooding from **Woodruff toward St. Johns**. Low-water crossings may be deadly; warning continues until **2 PM MST**.
– **Northeast Kansas and northern Missouri:** A Flood Watch remains in effect through late Thursday night, with widespread rainfall of **2 inches or more and locally 4+ inches** possible. Watch for rising creeks, streams, and flooded crossings.
