– **Kansas:** Flooding continues in northern Lyon and Osage counties, including the **Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 130β161**. Low-water crossings may be impassable. A Flood Warning is in effect until midnight; Salt Creek near Lyndon remains above flood stage into Friday morning.
– **Iowa:** Minor flooding continues along the **South Skunk River near Ames W Riverside Road** in Story County through Friday morning. Water is out of its banks at River Valley Park.
– **Texas:** Moderate to minor flooding continues along the Devils River in Val Verde County near Comstock and Juno. Portions of **Highway 163** and nearby low-water crossings and bridges may be flooded or impassable. Warnings continue through Friday evening or late Friday night.
– **Jackson County, Texas:** Heavy thunderstorms produced 2β3 inches of rain, with another 1β2 inches possible near Edna and Morales through about 1:45 a.m. CDT. Expect ponding and flooding in low-lying areas.

Along **US-82 and US-54** near Alamogordo, Tularosa, and the Sacramento Mountains, northeast winds of 15β30 mph may gust to 40β50 mph through 8 a.m. MDT Friday. Saturated ground could increase tree damage. High-profile vehicles should use extra caution.
