🌊 **Texas:** Flood warnings continue in Harris County near South Mayde Creek and Greenhouse Road. In Val Verde County, the Devils River is causing moderate flooding near Comstock and Bakers Crossing; flooding can reach the **Highway 163 bridge**. 🌊 **Missouri and Kansas:** Widespread Missouri River flooding is expected from St. Joseph and Leavenworth through Glasgow, Waverly, Miami, Boonville, and Napoleon. Low-lying, rural, secondary, and gravel roads may flood; **State Highway 240 west of Glasgow** could be underwater at higher river levels. Grand River flooding continues near Pattonsburg, Gallatin, Sumner, Chillicothe, and Brunswick, with rural roads underwater and flooding possible near the **U.S. Highway 24 bridge**.

💨 **California:** Wind advisories are in effect Saturday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for inland Orange County, the Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, the Inland Empire, Riverside and San Diego County mountains, the San Gorgonio Pass, and San Diego County valleys.
