🚨 **Nationwide road-weather update**
**Tornado warnings:**
– **Southeastern Georgia:** Bulloch and Screven counties, including Oliver, Halcyondale, Stalco, Cameron and Gwinetts Crossing—seek sturdy shelter immediately; warning through **6:30 PM EDT**.

– A broader **Flood Watch** continues through **2 AM EDT Sunday** across southeast Georgia and South Carolina, where **1–3 inches** of rain—and locally **3–6 inches**—may cause flooding of low-lying roads, streams and urban areas.
– Utah remains under Flood Watches through Monday afternoon, including **I-80-area communities, Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley, southern Utah, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef**. Remnants of Tropical Storm Rachel may produce prolonged rain, flooding of washes and burn scars, and sudden road closures.
**Dangerous winds and visibility:**
– Western North Carolina mountains: gusts up to **60 mph** above 3,500 feet and up to **50 mph** lower down through **8 AM EDT Sunday**; travel may be difficult for high-profile vehicles.
– Utah: gusts of **50–65 mph** are possible through Monday in several mountain and valley areas.
– Nevada: blowing dust may reduce visibility to **one-quarter mile** on **I-80 from Battle Mountain to Golconda** through **7 PM PDT**. Pull completely off the road, park, turn lights off and stay put.
– Wyoming: a severe thunderstorm near Hanna, Medicine Bow, Rock River and Elk Mountain produced **70-mph gusts**.
