🌊 **Flooding**
– **Mississippi River near Louisiana and Clarksville, MO/IL:** Minor flooding is occurring and forecast to continue through late Tuesday night. Flooding affects the first quarter-mile of Edison Avenue near Louisiana and the road to Port Marmac south of Clarksville.
– **Florida Panhandle:** Flooding is ongoing or expected around Apalachicola, Eastpoint, Bay City, and Apalachicola Airport, with 2–5 inches of rain reported or possible. Minor flooding is also affecting areas near Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway, and Marianna through early afternoon.
– **Southeastern Georgia:** Heavy rain may cause minor flooding near Alma and Bickley through mid-afternoon, with additional rainfall possible.
– **Southwest Alabama and northwest Florida:** A flood watch continues through noon CDT, with 1–3 inches of additional rain possible and locally higher amounts up to 5 inches.

🌫️ **Dense fog—Washington:** Visibility may drop to one-half mile or less across parts of northwest and west-central Washington, including the Seattle area, Everett/Marysville, Puget Sound lowlands, the Olympic Peninsula, and nearby valleys through noon PDT.
