Up to 4 inches of rain has fallen, with another 2 inches possible. Water may cover highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying routes. A Flood Advisory remains in effect through **8 PM EDT** around **Hartsville, Bennettsville, McColl, Clio, and Chavistown**.
– **Virginia:** Flash Flood Warning through **12:45 AM EDT Tuesday** across parts of Amherst, Bedford, Botetourt, and Rockbridge counties, including the **Lynchburg, Bedford, Glasgow, Forest, and Montvale** areas. Rainfall rates of **3 to 5 inches per hour** are possible after 3 to 4 inches have already fallen. Expect flooded streets, highways, underpasses, and poor-drainage areas.
– **Arizona:** Flash Flood Warning through **6:30 PM MST** in the Peña Blanca Lake area of Santa Cruz County, including **Peña Blanca Road near I-19**. Up to 1.5 inches has fallen, with another inch possible. Avoid low-water crossings and any flooded roadway. Severe storms near **Willcox** may affect **I-10 between mile markers 341 and 352** through **4:30 PM MST**, with 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail. Another severe storm near **Tanque Verde** may bring 60 mph winds and small hail.
– **Minnesota and southeast North Dakota:** A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect through **1 AM CDT Tuesday** for much of northern and western Minnesota and parts of southeast North Dakota, including **Fargo, Moorhead, Bemidji, Grand Rapids, International Falls, and Detroit Lakes**. Be ready for rapidly changing driving conditions if storms develop.
