– **North Carolina:** Flood Advisories remain in effect until **2:45 AM EDT** for northeastern Union County—including Monroe, Indian Trail, Unionville and New Salem—and for **Surry and Yadkin counties**, including the Elkin and Dobson areas. Rainfall of 1–3 inches has fallen in parts of Union County, while 1–2 inches has fallen across Surry and Yadkin counties.
