**Maryland:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected in southeastern Baltimore County, including Baltimore, Dundalk, Essex, Rosedale, Edgemere and Sparrows Point, through **3 PM EDT**. Thunderstorms have dropped 1–2 inches of rain, with another 0.5–1.5 inches possible. Streets, underpasses, highways and other low-lying areas may flood quickly. **Do not drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.**
**Texas:** Moderate flooding is forecast along the **Nueces River** near Three Rivers in Live Oak County and near Tilden in McMullen County. Flood warnings remain in effect into Thursday. Watch for flooded roads and closures near river crossings; never drive around barricades or through standing or moving water.
