🌧️ **Minnesota:** Heavy thunderstorms are causing minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas of southwestern Becker and northern Otter Tail counties, including Perham, Frazee, Lake Lida, New York Mills and northeastern Ottertail Lake. Flood Advisory remains in effect until **10:45 AM CDT**. Watch for water-covered roads—turn around, don’t drown.
🌧️ **South Carolina:** Heavy rain and thunderstorms are producing roadway flooding on the Charleston peninsula, including Downtown Charleston, the Charleston Naval Complex, The Citadel and the Medical University of South Carolina. Flood Advisory continues until **6:45 AM EDT**. Avoid driving through standing water.
