**Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is possible around **Flagstaff**, including **I-40 (mile markers 203–216)**, **US-89 (422–424)** and **Route 66 (202–204)**, through **6:30 PM MST**. An additional 1–2 inches of rain is possible; washes, underpasses, paved roads and dirt roads may become flooded or impassable. Severe hailstorms also affect **SR-73** in Gila/Navajo counties and **SR-87** in Coconino County through **4:15 PM MST**.
**New Mexico:** Flash flooding is ongoing near **Glenwood, Pleasanton and Alma** through **8 PM MDT**, with up to 0.5 inch more rain possible. Avoid low-water crossings and roads near Whitewater Creek, Big Dry Creek and the San Francisco River. Southeastern Colfax County also faces a severe storm with **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** through **5:30 PM MDT**.
**Pennsylvania:** Heavy thunderstorms may cause flash flooding in the **Pittsburgh** area—including Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park and Ross Township—through **10 PM EDT**. Another 1–2 inches of rain could flood streets, underpasses and low-lying roads.
**Tennessee:** Central Lawrence County, including **Lawrenceburg and Ethridge**, may see flash flooding through **8 PM CDT**. Rainfall rates of 1–3 inches per hour could quickly flood roads, creeks and underpasses.
**Texas:** Standing water and runoff continue to create flash-flood hazards around **Vidor and Rose City** through **6:15 PM CDT**. Do not drive through flooded streets or low spots.
**South Carolina:** A severe storm near **Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, Sunset and Jocassee Gorges** is moving northeast at 15 mph through **7:15 PM EDT**, bringing **60 mph wind gusts**, hail and torrential rain. Watch for downed trees, power lines, slick roads and possible flooding.
