Up to 1.5 inches has fallen, with more rain possible through **6 PM EDT**. Expect water-covered roads, underpasses, and low-lying areas—**never drive through floodwater.**
– **Tennessee:** A severe thunderstorm near Oneida/Huntsville is moving east at 15 mph, producing **60 mph wind gusts and penny-size hail**. Use caution on **I-75 between mile markers 133 and 155** through **3:45 PM EDT**. Watch for downed limbs, debris, sudden crosswinds, and heavy rain.
– **Virginia:** A severe storm near Lebanon is moving southeast at 30 mph with **60 mph winds and penny-size hail**. Hazardous travel is possible on **I-81 between mile markers 10 and 24** through **3:30 PM EDT**.
– **Central Arkansas:** A severe thunderstorm moving southeast at 45 mph may bring **60 mph wind gusts and penny-size hail** near North Little Rock, Jacksonville, Cabot, Lonoke, and Little Rock AFB through **2:30 PM CDT**. Slow down for wind-driven debris and rapidly changing visibility.
