**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**Arizona:** Dangerous dust and flooding conditions in southern Arizona. A dust storm is affecting **I-10 from mile markers 206–242** near Marana, Eloy and Picacho, with visibility below ¼ mile until **12:30 AM MST**. Do not drive into blowing dust—pull safely off the roadway, turn off lights and keep your foot off the brake.
Flash flooding is possible through **2:45 AM MST** around Tucson, including portions of **I-19, I-10 and Route 86**. Heavy rain has already produced 1–1.5 inches, with another inch possible. Flooding is also affecting routes near Elfrida, Sunizona and McNeal, including **Routes 80, 181 and 191**, until **1:15 AM MST**. Never drive through flooded roads or washes.
A severe storm near San Isidro is moving west at 15 mph, capable of **60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail** through **12:30 AM MST**, including parts of Route 86.
**New Jersey/New York:** Flash flooding continues in northern New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, through **3:30 AM EDT**. All northbound lanes of **SR-23 north of the Paterson Hamburg Turnpike in West Milford are closed** due to flooding after up to 2.5 inches of rain. Avoid flooded streets, underpasses and detours through low-lying areas.
**Missouri/Kansas:** Severe thunderstorms near Warrensburg, Knob Noster and Whiteman Air Force Base are moving east at 35 mph with **60 mph wind gusts** through **2:15 AM CDT**. Expect downed trees or debris and use caution on exposed roads.
Urban and small-stream flooding is possible through **7:45 AM CDT** across the Kansas City metro, including Kansas City, Overland Park, Independence, Lee’s Summit and Shawnee. Another 0.5–1 inch of rain is possible. River flooding is also forecast near Boonville and Fayette; **U Highway southeast of Boonville could flood**.
