**Road-Weather Update**
– **Arkansas:** Flash flooding is ongoing or possible around **De Queen, Lockesburg, Dierks, Geneva and Provo** in Howard and Sevier counties through **1:30–2 PM CDT**. Storms have dropped 1–3 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible. Expect water over streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying routes—**turn around, don’t drown.**
– **Southeast Oklahoma & Northeast Texas:** Flash flood conditions are possible near **Idabel, Clarksville, Annona, Bryarly and English** through **2:30 PM CDT**. An additional 1–2 inches of rain could flood roads, small streams and underpasses. Avoid flooded roadways.
– **Pennsylvania:** Severe storms with **60 mph wind gusts** are moving east at 30 mph across southeastern Lancaster, southeastern York and western Chester counties. The **Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 302 and 307** is included. Watch for downed trees, debris and possible power lines; warnings run until **1:30–1:45 PM EDT.**
– **West Virginia:** A severe thunderstorm near **Glen, Clendenin and Gauley Bridge** is moving southeast at 20 mph through **1:30 PM EDT**, bringing **60 mph winds, quarter-size hail, torrential rain and possible flash flooding.** Slow down and avoid water-covered roads.
– **Nebraska:** Severe storms near **Humphrey, Platte Center, Monroe, Duncan and Columbus** are producing **60 mph wind gusts and penny-size hail** through **12:15 PM CDT.** Be alert for sudden crosswinds, hail and tree debris.
– **Southeast Georgia:** Heavy rain has caused or may cause minor flooding in northeastern Charlton and northwestern Camden counties, including near **Tarboro**, through **3:30–3:45 PM EDT.** Another 1–2 inches of rain may flood poor-drainage and low-lying roads.
