**Virginia:** Flash flooding is occurring near Bland, including Blue Grass Trail, after 3–5 inches of rain; up to 1 more inch is possible through midnight EDT. Severe storms near Charlottesville, Crozet, Schuyler, Nellysford and Scottsville may produce 60 mph winds, downed trees and blocked roads through early evening.
**Alabama:** Flash flooding is affecting the Florence–Muscle Shoals–Sheffield–Tuscumbia area after 2–3 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible. Severe storms moving east near Muscle Shoals and northeast near Lynn/Lake Buttahatchee may bring 60 mph winds, penny-size hail and tree damage.
**Indiana / Southwest Michigan / Northwest Ohio:** Severe thunderstorms are moving east at 40–45 mph across northern and central Indiana, including I-80 near mile marker 104 by Middlebury. Expect 60 mph wind gusts, fallen trees and localized flooding from torrential rain near Goshen, Warsaw, Plymouth, Rochester and Columbia City. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect across much of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan and Williams County, Ohio, until 8 PM EDT. Flooding and ponding are also possible around Hammond, Gary, Calumet City and Portage through 6:30 PM CDT.
**Tennessee:** Heavy rain may put water over roads and cause poor-drainage flooding around Johnson City, Elizabethton and Jonesborough, with another 1–2 inches possible through 8:45 PM EDT. Minor flooding is also ongoing or possible near Tellico Plains, Bullet Creek and Coker Creek after 1–3 inches of rain.
**Utah:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing or possible in south-central Garfield County, including slot canyons along Hole In The Rock Road—Phipps Wash, Bighorn Canyon, Zebra, Tunnel and Harris Wash—through 6:15 PM MDT.
