– **West Virginia:** Flooding along **Middle Island Creek** is affecting secondary roads in northern Tyler and northeastern Pleasants counties, including **Stewarts Run Road** near Middlebourne, Arvilla and Point Lookout. Avoid flooded roads through **4 PM EDT**—turn around, don’t drown.
– **Iowa/Illinois:** River flooding is impacting roads near **Augusta, Iowa**, where water is overflowing near the **Perkins Road bridge**, and near **Colmar/Birmingham, Illinois**, where Lambert Road, Lamar Road and other low roads may be affected. Illinois flooding on the Sangamon River at **Monticello** is expected to continue into early Sunday. Do not drive around barricades or through water-covered roads.
– **Skagway, Alaska:** South winds of **20–30 mph**, gusting to **40 mph**, may make travel difficult through **10 PM AKDT**. Use extra caution, especially in high-profile vehicles.
