**Road-Weather Update**
• **Indiana:** Flooding is occurring across parts of central and east-central Indiana, including the Columbus, Shelbyville, New Castle, Rushville, Muncie, Anderson, Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville areas. Creeks, streams, low-lying roads and flood-prone areas may be inundated through **11:30 AM EDT Saturday**. Never drive through water-covered roads—turn around, don’t drown.
• **Kansas:** Severe thunderstorms near **Rossville, Silver Lake, Hoyt and Willard** are moving east at 20 mph, with 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail possible through **11:30 PM CDT**. Another storm near **Russell Springs** is moving northeast at 45 mph with gusts reported up to 64 mph, through **11:15 PM CDT**. Expect possible tree debris and wind damage on roads; slow down and avoid driving near damaged trees or power lines.
• **Colorado:** A Flash Flood Watch is in effect Saturday afternoon through evening near the **Aspen Acres Burn Scar**, including **Highways 165 and 78** near Beulah and San Isabel. Heavy rain could trigger flash flooding and debris flows. In northeastern Colorado, minor flooding is possible near Julesburg, Haxtun, Ovid, Sedgwick and Crook after 0.5–1.5 inches of rain, with up to another inch possible through **12:30 AM MDT**.
• **Texas:** Heavy thunderstorms are causing arroyo and small-stream flooding in rural east-central and south-central **Hudspeth County**. Up to 1.7 inches of rain has fallen, with additional rain expected; low-water crossings may become impassable through **11:30 PM MDT**.
