**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
• **Hawaii:** Tropical Storm Warnings remain in effect through **10 AM HST** across Kauai, Oahu, Maui County, Molokai, Lanai, and the Big Island. Expect hazardous winds, heavy rain, coastal flooding, and possible road/bridge closures. Gusts may reach **85–90 mph** in exposed areas, with **2–4 inches of additional rain** in many locations and higher totals in parts of Kauai and windward Maui. The Big Island faces major to extreme flooding concerns and a potential for a few tornadoes. Avoid coastal, low-lying, flooded, and debris-covered roads.
• **West Virginia:** A Flash Flood Warning continues until **11:45 AM EDT** for southern Fayette and northeastern Raleigh counties, including **I-64 between mile markers 128 and 137**. Thunderstorms have already dropped **1–1.5 inches** of rain, with another **0.5–1 inch** possible. Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying areas near Mount Hope and Piney View. Never drive through water-covered roads.
• **Ohio:** Near Buckeye Lake, flooding on the South Fork Licking River may reach the **eastbound I-70 Exit 129A ramp to Route 79**. The Flood Warning runs through **11 PM EDT**. Watch for water near ramps and nearby roads; slow down and be prepared to detour.
• **Nebraska:** Minor flooding is possible through **8 AM CDT** in east-central Gage and west-central Pawnee counties, including around Liberty, after **1–3 inches** of rain. Avoid poor-drainage and low-lying roads.
