On the **Big Island**, numerous road closures are reported across Kau District amid continued heavy rain—up to 1.5 inches per hour—through 7 AM HST. **Oahu**, including Honolulu, Pearl City, Mililani and Waipio, may see minor road flooding with rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour through 6:45 AM HST. Never drive through flooded roads or around barricades.
🌊 **Illinois/Indiana:** Moderate flooding continues along the **Vermilion River near Danville**, affecting Vermilion County, IL, and Vermillion County, IN. The river is forecast to crest near 25 feet this afternoon; avoid flooded roads and obey all closures through late tomorrow evening.
🌧️ **West Virginia:** Small-stream flooding is expected in northeastern **Upshur County**, including Overhill and Tallmansville, through 3:45 PM EDT. Low-lying roads near Sand Run Creek may flood—turn around if water covers the roadway.
