🚨 **Road-Weather Update: Dangerous storms and flooding affecting multiple states tonight.**

**Kentucky:** A **Tornado Warning** is in effect for northern Martin County until **8:30 PM EDT**. A storm capable of producing a tornado and quarter-size hail is moving southeast at 20 mph near Inez, toward Tomahawk, Andy, Lovely and Warfield. **Do not travel into the warned area—seek sturdy shelter immediately and check the NWS for the latest information.** Severe storms elsewhere across eastern Kentucky may bring 60 mph winds, torrential rain and flash flooding through 8:30 PM EDT.

**West Virginia / Southeast Ohio:** Widespread flash flooding and severe storms are creating major travel hazards. Flash Flood Warnings include **I-64 between mile markers 32 and 37** near Hurricane, Eleanor, Buffalo and Teays Valley until **10:30 PM EDT**, and **Route 19 between mile markers 25 and 53** near Summersville, Richwood, Clay and Ansted until **11 PM EDT**. Flooding is also affecting the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area, Route 50 near Middlebourne, and Gallipolis–Oak Hill, Ohio. Expect water over roads, underpasses and low-water crossings. Severe storms near Charleston and Winfield can produce 60 mph winds. A broader flood threat continues into Monday morning across parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

**Texas:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected in El Paso, including East El Paso, Far East El Paso and Homestead Meadows, through **7:15 PM MDT**. Up to 2 inches has fallen, with another inch possible; streets, highways and underpasses may flood. In the Texas Panhandle, storms near Vega, Skellytown, Kingsmill and Pampa may produce 60 mph winds and hail.

**Colorado:** Flash Flood Warnings remain in effect until **8:30 PM MDT** near Boyero in southeastern Lincoln County and along Fourmile Creek south of Highway 24 in Teller County. Rainfall of 1 to 3.5 inches has fallen near Boyero, with another 1 to 2 inches possible. Severe storms across eastern Colorado may bring 60 mph winds, damaging hail and sudden flooding.

**Hawaii:** Eastern Maui, including Kipahulu, Hana, Kaupo, Keanae and Kula, faces flash flooding through **2:45 PM HST**. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour, locally up to 3 inches per hour, are raising water levels at Oheo Gulch. Kauai also has minor road and stream flooding near Lihue, Kapaa, Kalaheo and Kekaha through **2:30 PM HST**.

**Other hazardous travel areas:**
• **Oklahoma:** 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail near Norman, Moore and southeast Oklahoma City through **7:15 PM CDT**.
• **Virginia:** 60 mph wind gusts and torrential rain near Buckingham, Dillwyn, Powhatan and surrounding central Virginia areas through **8:15 PM EDT**.
• **Nebraska/Wyoming:** 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail near Harrisburg; Highway 20 in Cherry County is threatened by storms between mile markers 160 and 184.
• **South Dakota/Montana:** 60 mph winds and hail near Rapid City, Harlem, Fort Belknap, Meadow and Usta; water may cover roads around Rapid City.
• **New Mexico/Nevada:** Heavy rain may flood arroyos and low-water crossings near Trujillo, Variadero and Trementina, New Mexico, and create minor flooding around Red Rock Canyon, Nevada.
