**Delaware & southern New Jersey:** A Flash Flood Warning is in effect until **8:45 AM EDT** for southwestern New Castle County, DE, central Cumberland County, NJ, and Salem County, NJ. Heavy rain has dropped 1–2 inches, with another 1–2 inches possible at rates up to 2 inches per hour. Expect flooding on highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying areas near Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Salem, and Delaware City.

**Colorado:** Flash flooding is possible until **5:30 AM MDT** on **Highway 115 north of Penrose** in east-central Fremont County. Thunderstorms have produced 1–4 inches of rain; avoid low-water crossings and drainage areas.

**East-central Ohio:** Flood warnings remain in effect until **7:45 AM EDT** across parts of Monroe, Noble, Coshocton, Guernsey, and Muskingum counties, including Caldwell and Zanesville. Numerous roads are closed in some areas, and creeks, streams, and urban drainage systems remain flooded after 1–3 inches of rain.
