Avoid driving near downed trees or debris, and pull over safely if hail or damaging winds reduce visibility.
⛈️ **South Dakota:** A severe thunderstorm is affecting **I-90 between mile markers 50 and 64**, including Rapid City, Black Hawk, Summerset and western Rapid Valley, until **8:15 PM MDT**. Expect **60 mph winds** and ping-pong-ball-size hail. Avoid stopping under overpasses; seek a safe building if conditions worsen.
🌊 **Indiana:** Minor flooding along the **Wabash River near Bluffton and Linn Grove** is affecting Wells and Adams counties. County roads may flood near Linn Grove; warnings continue into early Friday. Never drive through flooded roadways—turn around, don’t drown.
🌊 **Illinois:** River flooding continues near **Beardstown, Havana, La Salle, Monticello and Seville**. Flooded agricultural areas, access roads and low-lying routes are possible, including an access road near Seville. Use extra caution near rivers and avoid any water-covered road.
