**Northeast Kansas:** A severe thunderstorm is affecting areas near **Valley Falls, Oskaloosa, McLouth, Ozawkie and Nortonville** through **12:45 a.m. CDT**, with wind gusts up to **60 mph** and quarter-size hail. Expect sudden crosswinds, debris and possible tree damage on roads. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect for Jackson and Jefferson counties until **4 a.m. CDT**.
**Northeastern Colorado:** Severe storms near **Akron, Platner, Midway, Prewitt Reservoir and Burdett** continue through **11:30 p.m. MDT**. Gusts up to **60 mph**, quarter-size hail and heavy rain may cause vehicle damage, reduced visibility and flooded roads.
Slow down, avoid stopping beneath trees, and never drive through flooded roadways. Check local conditions before traveling.
