🚨 **Tornado Warning — Illinois:** Northern Livingston County and areas near Buckingham, Cabery, Campus, Emington, Odell and Saunemin face tornado danger from storms moving east at 25–30 mph. **Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is affecting parts of Maricopa and Pinal counties, including **I-8 near Vekol Wash** and **US 60** in rural Maricopa County. Do not enter flooded washes, underpasses or low-water crossings. Severe storms with 60 mph winds and hail also affect **I-10 west of Tonopah, US 60 near Aguila, Route 85 near Painted Rock Dam, and I-19/Route 82 near Nogales and Patagonia.**
**Southeast Wisconsin:** Flash flooding is possible around Elkhorn, Burlington, Bohners Lake and Browns Lake, where 1.5–2.5 inches of rain has fallen and another 0.5–1 inch is possible. Watch for water-covered roads through **3:30 AM CDT.**
**Northwest Kansas/Southwest Nebraska:** Severe storms moving east at 20 mph may bring 60 mph winds, blowing dust with near-zero visibility, torrential rain and possible flash flooding near Herndon, Ludell and Atwood. A broader severe thunderstorm watch includes eastern Colorado, northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska through **3 AM MDT/4 AM CDT.**
**Michigan:** Heavy rain of 1.5–2 inches per hour may cause street and low-lying-area flooding around Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, Walker and Grandville through **7:30 AM EDT.**
