**Alabama:** Severe thunderstorms are affecting parts of Conecuh, Monroe and Wilcox counties, including Beatrice, Vredenburgh and Pine Apple. Storms are moving southeast/east and may produce **60 mph wind gusts** and **penny- to quarter-size hail** through **12:15–12:30 PM CDT**. Expect possible downed trees, debris and vehicle-damaging hail; slow down and avoid parking under trees.
Heavy rain is also causing potential small-stream and poor-drainage flooding in south-central Marengo County, including Sweet Water, Myrtlewood, Wayne, Miller and Dixons Mill, through **2:15 PM CDT**. Do not drive through water-covered roads.
**Puerto Rico:** Urban and small-stream flooding is possible in **Bayamón and Guaynabo** through **3:30 PM AST**. An additional **1–2 inches of rain** is expected after 1–2.5 inches has already fallen, with water possible over roadways. Turn around—don’t drown.
