🚧 **Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**New Mexico:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing across parts of eastern and southeastern New Mexico.
– **US 380 is closed** between mile markers 89–107 near Lincoln, with evacuations underway toward Hondo; 3–5 inches of rain has fallen.
– Flooding is affecting **US 60 near Clovis** between mile markers 380–397 and 392–397, with numerous road closures reported in Clovis. Up to 2 inches of additional rain is possible.
– Flooding is also occurring near Oasis State Park, rural parts of De Baca, Roosevelt and Chaves counties, and Roswell. Warnings generally expire between **6:30 and 8:45 PM MDT**; the Roswell advisory continues until **9 PM MDT**.
**California:** Flash flood warnings remain in effect for parts of Riverside and San Bernardino counties, including **Yucaipa, Forest Falls, Banning, Mountain Home Village, Twentynine Palms and Twentynine Palms Base**. Up to 1 inch of additional rain is possible. **Highway 38 between Yucaipa and Onyx Summit** is included. The warnings expire at **6:15 and 7:30 PM PDT**.
**Texas:** Flash flooding is ongoing near **Toyah** in Culberson and Reeves counties, with 1.5–2.5 inches of rain already reported and up to 1 inch more possible. The warning expires at **7:45 PM CDT**. A severe thunderstorm near **Cornudas** in Hudspeth County may produce **60-mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail**; that warning expires at **6:15 PM MDT**.
